WELCOME TO ISLAHI BAYANAAT
Islahi Bayanaat is dedicated to the propagation of Islamic knowledge to seek the pleasure of Allah Ta’ala through the Bayanaat and Books written and approved by Maulana Bashir Ahmed Diwan, and of other prominent Islamic Scholars including those within his extended family.
At Dar-ul-Uloom Deoband, Maulana was a student of Sheikh-ul-Islam, Hadhrat Maulana Husain Ahmad Madani Rahimahullah who was a great and famous Scholar of the Indian subcontinent.
Maulana arrived in Fiji in 1957 and served the Muslim community there for 45 years before leaving for New Zealand in 2002 where he now resides.

Maulana Bashir Ahmed Diwan was born in 1931 in Lajpur, Surat, Mumbai. He initially studied Islamic Theology in Madrasah Dahbel and completed it at Darul Uloom Deoband under Shiekh-ul-Islam Maulana Husain Ahmad Madani Rahimahullah. He then taught in Dahbel Madrasah for three years before coming to Fiji in 1957 at the invitation of the Fiji Muslim League.
In Fiji, his services were utilised as the Imam and Khateeb of the Suva Jaame Masjid. During school hours he taught the Holy Qur’aan and Deeniyaat at the Suva Muslim School. From the School, he moved onto opening Madrasah Nur-ul-Islam in 1976.
